What payment methods do you accept?
NetZero Voice accepts all of the following credit cards with a US billing
address, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may also use a
debit card as long as it has the Visa or MasterCard logo on the front of the
card.
When providing your credit card, you must also provide the credit card ID, which
is usually a 3-digit number, located on the back of your credit card on the
signature panel. American Express places their 4-digit credit card ID on the
face of the card above the account number.
Can I call 911 from NetZero Voice?
The 911 service is not available with NetZero Voice. Click here for more

Can I use NetZero Voice outside of the U.S.?
NetZero Voice can be used from any location in the world as long as you have an
Internet connection. However, if you are signing up for one of our premium
services, you must have a US billing address to process the credit card charges.
More details and limitations
* Charges for calls made outside the subscription plan description (such as
international calls or calls in excess of the included plan minutes), taxes,
regulatory fees, and similar charges, are not included in subscription fees and
such charges may apply, even during any free, trial, or discounted periods.
Cancel service before the end of any free, trial or discounted periods to avoid
being charged standard monthly subscription fees. Call 1-800-939-8647 to cancel.
Plan minutes are not rolled over and expire at the end of each billing period.
Internet access (via dial-up or broadband) is required to use the service and is
not included. Service not available in all areas, is for normal consumer or
residential use only, and DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY EMERGENCY OR 911 SERVICES.
Pay-as-you-go minutes expire after one year of account inactivity. All calls
rounded up to the nearest minute and each charge is rounded up to the nearest
cent. Free calling under the NetZero Free Voice plan or similar plans and
references to free computer to computer calling under any other plan includes
computer-to-computer calls between NetZero Voice ID's only. Not all viruses can
be detected or cleaned. As described in the terms of service, you are
responsible for any damages caused by your decision to download email or
attachments.

McDonald Houses(r) with its new Internet phone calling service, NetZero Voice.
The service, which provides local and long distance calling over virtually any

United Online has been the official Internet service provider for Ronald
McDonald House Charities (RMHC(r)) since 2003. Roughly 80 percent of all Ronald
McDonald Houses in the United States are equipped with complimentary NetZero or
